Shipping & Returns

At SWAGLAB, we ship worldwide and work to process every order as quickly as possible. This page explains how shipping, tracking, returns, exchanges, and refunds work before and after your order is placed.

Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping on all eligible orders. Shipping options, delivery costs, and available countries are shown at checkout before payment.

Most orders are processed within 1–4 business days after the order is placed. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Estimated delivery time is usually 7–18 business days after dispatch, depending on your country, local customs, courier workload, and seasonal delays. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary during holidays, high-volume periods, or customs inspections.

Order Tracking

After your order has shipped, you will receive tracking details by email if tracking is available for your shipping method. Tracking updates may take a few days to appear after the package has been dispatched.

If your tracking has not updated for several days, this does not always mean the package is lost. International shipments can sometimes stay without updates while moving between countries or customs facilities.

Customs, Taxes & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, duties, or local charges depending on the destination country. These charges are not controlled by SWAGLAB and may be collected by your local customs office or courier.

The customer is responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes unless they are clearly included at checkout.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. SWAGLAB is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or lost packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you notice a mistake in your address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can only update the address if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in its original condition with all original tags and packaging included.

Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, stains, perfume, deodorant marks, or removed tags may be refused.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, contact us with your order number and the item you want to return. Please do not send any items back before your return request has been approved.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or payment provider to process and display the refund.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is caused by a mistake on our side, such as a wrong, damaged, or defective item.

Exchanges

We currently cannot guarantee direct exchanges for different sizes or items. If you need another size or product, the fastest option is usually to return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will review the case and, if approved, offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Final sale items
Gift cards
Items without original tags or packaging
Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, stained, or altered
Items returned without approval

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order is delayed, please check the tracking information first. International shipping delays can happen due to customs processing, courier delays, holidays, or high-volume periods.

If your package appears to be lost, contact us with your order number and tracking information so we can investigate the shipment.
