When will I receive my order?
Most orders are processed within 1–4 business days after the order is placed. After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available. Estimated delivery time is usually 7–18 business days after dispatch, depending on your country, courier workload, holidays, and seasonal delays.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, tracking information will be sent to your email when available. If tracking does not update immediately, give it a few days, some couriers only update tracking after the package reaches the next shipping checkpoint.
How do I know SWAGLAB is legit?
SWAGLAB is operated by Prax shop ehf., a registered company in Iceland. Our company registration number is 6404260470. Payments are processed through Rapyd, a global payment provider used for secure online payments.
How do refunds and returns work?
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in its original condition with all original tags and packaging included. Items with signs of wear, washing, stains, perfume, deodorant marks, damage, or removed tags may be refused.
What makes SWAGLAB different?
Many of the Japanese, Korean and Chinese brands featured on SWAGLAB don’t offer worldwide shipping.What we do for these brands, is we make their collections available internationally while handling quality checks, delivery, returns and customer support.
